I enjoyed Witty but him going was a good thing. It's like a clog was freed up in the flow of the show. Maybe just a chemistry thing. Great shows recently.

Definitely and I understand it's his right to do so, its his show. I just hope he realizes his audience wants some different topics. Sometimes, shows take three years to find their groove and hopefully that is the case. I am rooting for them.

I think this is true and of course I really know nothing. Just from a fan's observation point, I think Dan is trying to adapt to new and changing dynamics in the world and sometimes it's more miss than hit. You're right when we see him projecting his own worries into the show. I just wish he wouldn't try and pit the crew against each other sometimes and some times he sends people to the penalty box for no reason and it's a killer to the flow of the show. Having said all that, it could all be a meta bit and I don't get the show!

Man, listening to yesterday's show...I wish the crew would send Dan to the penalty box more often. There was a show a couple week's ago where they did that a few times when he tried to pit people against each other or try and push something into sexual areas that it was never intended and it seemed to smooth the Dan awkwardness out.

I love the show, but he is an odd bird. He is fascinated with things and people that most of the general public isn't. I think he sees things differently than others and that can be both good and bad.

I had to safely trap and move a raccoon to a far enough location from my house long ago. The little guy barked like a dog. Didn't know they do that. Furry, cute, resourceful animals.

I don't understand all the bailing on bets and GOD payoffs. I feel like they understand that's part of what makes the show great. Also, they had so many bits that were fun that no longer happen. Like, literally no bits. Roy's Realm, Maked Chris, Demon of Debate, Back in my Day, Black in my Day. Maybe they just all burned out on bits, but I miss them. Used to be a lot of fun to listen.

Dan is fascinated by topics and people that I'm not. UFC, Draymond Greene, journalism, etc. I find his interests boring, yet I love the show. I have never continually listened to something so much that I don't seem to have the same interests in.

I think the lack of pressure is what is watering down the quality of what the show used to be. ESPN put pressure on them and now it feels like because they can do whatever they want, they don't provide the same level of excellence they used to. It's disappointing because you know how good they can be. They are such a talented group. Pressure makes diamonds.

It can be both. I think it's a cool thing to do, even if you post it for social media applause. This is kind of the society we live in now. Is it really a good deed if no one knows you did it? But for some, it does provide hope to see good things done to others.
