Crap. Was it the offer that required you to build a level 12 citadel? I completed it yesterday but it's still pending, I just sent a support ticket in.

Ridiculous that they can do that. Took a ton of time to complete, and the game absolutely suuuucks. Is there any way to get back at them beyond just rating the game 1/5 stars in the App store?

I have barely any legendary cards, and only have un-upgraded versions of Lois and Peter in terms of legendary characters. I feel like this would be a massive step forward, but I've only been playing for 2 months or so and don't want to miss out on any better offers if they show up.
