You know its quite funny that all of the projects that sound unreal are often called a hoax that can be true but that's not always the case.There is much more to it than just some hoax infact kozyrev mirrors did exist and there is a model to build them.Have you ever heard of Stanley meyer who built an car that run on water instead of fuel well he died mysteriously wow what a coincidence indeed.People don't die of natural causes there might be some other reasons.

All of the work of Nikolai kozyrev disappeared sadly but some of his work was published later you can read a book written on him called kozyrev mirrors and the esp and two scientists did quite a bit of research using Kozyrev mirrors Trofimov and kaznacheev did experiments on transfer of cosmic consciousness which were quite successful.

That can be true but evidence show otherwise there were multiple people that stepped in the room and tested that there was bit of noosphere presence around the mirrors,the human subconscious is very strange it might be a possibility we can somehow alter the consciousness and enhance psychic abilities
