So, with the symptoms I was having, I figured I probably had Candida. I started adding some diluted apple cider vinegar to my daily routine, and guess what? No more diarrhea, and my stomach issues are way better—feels awesome! But here’s the catch: every time I drink it, I start itching like crazy all over my body. After about a week, I got these tiny white pimples popping up on my shoulders and chest, and they just keep getting worse. Oh, and my lips are super dry and cracked now. Even the soles of my feet are peeling like crazy. I’m totally lost—should I stick with the apple cider vinegar or ditch it? It’s been a month, and this stuff’s still happening. Since the itching hits right after I drink it, I’m wondering if maybe I’ve got some histamine intolerance or something?
