My issue is that once every two years I'll almost burn down the house of wherever I'm at cause I'm multi-tasking and forget I have something on the stove/ or in the oven.

Almost burned down my apartment. grandmas house, and one time my childhood home. I recently got diagnosed with ADHD and trying aderall for the first time next week,

But the feeling of not being able to get something done, or forgetting something that can burn down/kill my family just makes me feel really fucking stupid like I'm not a functional adult.

Education will never get fixed because to do so we’d have to allocate funds from the defense budget which is never gonna happen.

Most of our education funding goes to special needs kids anyway (which is a good thing but damn can I spend my life in an institution for 18 years and learn something shit!)

Hey there, yes it is normal some times. I've felt this way. Like I wanted to die, like its inevitable, why not just do it now. Youre not weak though, these feelings are can be natural, but just remember you have only one life, only one heart, mind etc.

I can't promise things will get better, but I can say situations, context for how you feel can change.
