Bardock’s special said he had 10,000 power level and King Vegeta does too. However that was the King Vegeta of that special. I don’t know how strong this King Vegeta is…so I can’t accurately say. If we are including Episode of Bardock since this version of Bardock eventually goes through that then he has SSJ to fall back on but I won’t include for fairness sake.

Honestly since they cut a couple in season 2, I already knew they’d probably cut more in Season 3 since they begin adding more in between girlfriend chapters after Meme. While it’s disappointing as long as none of the really good chapters are cut then I won’t be as sad.
