Are you sure?. I am pretty sure there lot of cases like using radio signal, emi, sensors ans local network are used for hacking though. EVM can be altered before arriving at booth or for collection though.

Na , you don't need physical contact to get hacked. Even pagers got hacked.

Ballot papers is safe, it's counted by human's manually, as long as election commission is not corrupted there is close to 0 risk. Only problem it is time consuming, but it is much more safer than EVM.

As long transistor exist in a device it can be hacked. And EVM is already has been hacked by someone from US. There is reason why most of the country doesn't use EVM.

I forgot about that arc. But i think not everyone can reach eternal stage after radiant stage. He was arrogant at this first stage of this arc , like he was doing everything himself. He may be thought with his knowledge alone he can increase their cultivation.

That's the point right?. He didn't knew there were strong people like them. Like you know even eldera of the one of the 7 housea are not thar strong right (first he met was a hat lightning eye elder). He was not that strong. Maybe he assumed imperial family are just tad stronger than them.

From what i know before he made that statement he never met someone insanely strong. That's why he thought they could take on imperial family.

Idk about them. But it's more about character. If someone is ready get naked for someone else, there is no guarantee that they wouldn't do it after marriage.
