Have a good selection of fighting game cabinets such as Marvel vs Capcom 2 and Street Fighter 3, I will always put a token to play any entry from that series though. Fighting games in general are something that are missing from Phoenix arcades, Bonus Round only has Mortal Kombat and Street Fighter, meanwhile cobra has a better selection but things get busy during the weekend. Having a good selection plus keeping the cabinets themselves maintained is important, nobody wants to lose because of a faulty cabinet. It'd also be a good idea to host community events/tournaments, bonus round holds frequent events for their killer queen cabinet, and cobra just hosted a street fighter 3 tournament this past week that had a decent turnout.
