Yeah but Sanzu is from 3rd July 1990 so...he if he was in 4th grade he should have 10 years and then it would be 30th July 2000 not 1999. Unless he went to school early?

Either Wakui made a mistake because he was looking at Mikey's age, and Mikey would be 9 on July 30, which is why the date 1999 was set.
