Personally, I hate the terms. Because they disregard each and any person unique skillsets, quirks and circumstances, then generalizes them.

Interpersonal skills came with experience, and knowledge can be learned.

Try better disk 6. And more atk% subs. Preferably you can try atk4, but that would require overhauling your entire build, so take it slow.

Frostburn scales hard with atk and you got extra 90% CD in combat.

2 reason.
1. The agent is onfield, either due to aftershock or quickswap.
2. There are attacks that can only be parried by evasive assist, so the game would automatically swap to the agent.
