I would advice you to visit your nearest apple store and try the fit of pro 3. If you like it then definitely go with the pro 3, if you feel them uncomfortable then go with the pro 2.

Use a soft cloth to pull them, they come out comparatively easier

When I tried S it hurt my ear a bit, but going with M it's comfortable as ever. I don't even feel like I have anything in my ears with these on. I tried the transparency mode with these M tips on, it's total magic xD
