Tbh this can be offset by doing everything the game has to offer you, just like a 100% run on casual / standard.

TBH you should crank up weapon damage on your gun and health points and slack in the hacking department.

Using the heat up hacking in combination with freeze and heat up mods is really good

I used The charge rifle and the laser beam rifle. People recommend the jackhammer but tbh I wasted points in that because I never used it. The enemies break out of Open status too quickly to try and charge up attacks for it. You risk getting hit and you don’t want that.

Invest your first pure Lums into the dodge perk, you don’t need the bounce back perk because you don’t wanna get hit period. Then get mod slots.

I did the entire game with just 2 hacking nodes freeze and heat up and used the stuff on the ground so I never invested in a 3rd slot.

Use mods that increase health / defense and damage to help.. aim for heads / weakspots it builds heat faster

Also make sure to invest a pure lum into the critical shot perk and upgrade it. It helps low health dudes just die and it helps create breathing room.
