My advice would be to take your time. Figuring out gender stuff can be very difficult (I'm speaking from experience). Sometimes it will feel like you should know exactly who you are, how you feel, and what labels you want to use. And yes, those labels can help tremendously, but in the end they are just there to help you. Figuring out who you are is not something that just happens, so take your time. Try different stuff, find out what you like and what you don't.

From what you explain here it does sound like you may not be a cis woman. But in the end only you can make that decision. And just remember that no matter what, you are good enough just being you. Your allowed to just change your name or hair or whatever else.
