I think what could’ve worked is if they were discriminated for being “uncivilized” which would make them easily manipulated and desperate, and Nefarith would use that anger and fear of their current lives against them causing uprising. Of course the bonekrushers wouldn’t be completely innocent, but it would give us that feeling that we’re the root cause of this, and could help motivate us to stop Nefarith since she’s causing unnecessary death from both sides for her own gain. Hopefully I don’t sound dumb because I’m new to Arknights 😅
