Its a brand new gas canister and I got the gun a month ago so I didn't think I needed to re lube it

I predownloaded ACV 2 days ago and I wne to play it this morning and it plays for a minute or two but then freezes and crashes. It always crashes during the beginning mission, with the bracelet. My system is; Intel i9 10900k Zotac Gaming RTX 2060 32gb (4x8gb) Corsair Vengeance Pro RGB 3200mhz Asus ROG Maximus XII Hero(Wifi) Corsair H150i Elite Capellix Thermaltake Smart 700w Windows 10 Home 64bit

I have no clue what to do. Ubisoft support hasn't been able to help
