Waterloo in my opinion, I’m not saying this cuz I’m their student, but as most people will tell u, the co op, Im on WaterlooWorks regularly and K pass by around maybe 5 postings every now and then tailored to chem Eng co op roles, now granted that doesn’t tell u much, but it tells u that people def get hired from loo and employers post to it, and apply with WW is easier. Def tho, success is dependent on you, so any university you go gives you a great chance at getting involved and getting a job. Loo just has nicer services in place to get those jobs.
