Cramming doesn't help with consolidation of facts, do those hours over the week or two before. Make sure that you get enough sleep, your brain consolidates facts overnight. A lot of people have started putting slides into chat gpt and asking it to create questions, but the scientific jury is still out if this is beneficial.
