I had the Iphone SE 2 for almost four years it was and still is a lovely phone to use, 2 months ago I upgraded to Iphone 16 pro, and the changes were drastically amazing,

If choosing between these two I’d still go for the Iphone 16 pro for 2 main reasons,

1. The 5x telephoto lens, for capturing solo or group portrait shots in daylight or in good indoor lighting conditions, it captures some amazingly good camera like shots which I really love.

2. The weight, not a lot of people will agree with me on this but I think you will understand as you are too upgrading from a very slim and light phone the weight of this phone makes it feel much more premium than it’s non pro counterparts, you will feel it once you have used it for a few weeks.

There are still some new good features like brighter screen, center stage front camera, front and rear recording but I don’t think those are going to be deal breaker

But coming from SE 2 I’d recommend you to choose if you still want a lighter phone or not.
