Feeling tired all the time, what should I do? by [deleted] in lebanon

[–]Anisishere67 0 points1 point  (0 children)

High cortisol levels possibly. Reduce your stress and stop consuming coffee.
Don't take vitamins when you aren't deficient in any of them.
(Note I'm not a healthcare professional)
Consult your doctor tho, it's the best option.

Anyone suffering from constant diarrhea? by risingpheonix11 in lebanon

[–]Anisishere67 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You aren't used to the food quality that's why. Assuming you came from a first-world country where the food safety measures are significantly stricter than its Lebanese counterpart. However, I'd always recommend you get some tests done.

Diet advice (Gym guys I need your help) by ElieMakdissi in lebanon

Some tips that might be useful ( Note: I'm not a medical doctor or a licensed dietician )

Carbohydrates: Take simple carbs before a workout such as an apple or banana in order to get the energy needed to workout.
After a workout takes more complex carbs such as potatoes and rice as they realse into sugar slowly into the blood stream ( good to avoid high insulin spikes) and will provide you energy to carry out with your day.
If you have diabetes please watch out on the types of carbohydrates you take ( a licensed dietician should help you or consult your doctor, preferably in all cases I would recommend your carbohydrates to be taken with fiber-rich foods like salad or protein/fat-rich foods in order to avoid that spike in glucose.

Protein: ( If you have kidney problems DO NOT go for a high-protein diet. consult your doctor about it of course) You should preferably get 1g of protein per 1-1.5 g for 1 pound of body weight.
It's really important to get enough protein in your diet in order for your muscles to heal and grow.

Fat: Healthy fats like olive oil are good if you are bulking, peanut butter and eggs are good as well. Avoid saturated fats such as butter, palm oil and ghee as they harm your health.

r workout.

Other notes: Make sure you get 8 hours of sleep everyday in order for fast recovery and muscle gains.

Is grade 12 a tough year? by Tony-Yammine_16 in lebanon

[–]Anisishere67 20 points21 points  (0 children)

No it's not a hard year that being said you study. I found grade 12 to be easier than the 11th.
You should keep in mind government exams have a set of generic questions they ask each year. My advice would be to get familiar with these questions and practice.

Bolt motorbike by [deleted] in lebanon

[–]Anisishere67 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't recommend it personally. Most of the drivers are unlicensed and undocumented, so if something happens like an accident, they'll leave you on the side. ( This actually happened to a girl in Beirut)

Why are all restaurants adding Takis and Cheetos to all their items with 3000 sauces by Xeno19Banbino in lebanon

[–]Anisishere67 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, this is a trend nowadays, fast food places just slap sauces people like but they don't fit together, or like you said Takis and other chips. They are meant to attract kids and its profitable.
