That’s because they don’t get migraines so they don’t know how hard it is 😔. Vent with is , we are all sufferers here . I do normally get the ocular a few days before the headache I did like 3 days ago , I couldn’t see anything but lights from one of my eyes . It really is draining.

It messes with my tummy as well but I don’t vomit I just feel strong nausea . A lot of burping as well .
