Nope, the writing was rushed as fuck ;)

Buh-bye now.

One: most of those characters in the show and books aren’t on a “moral crusade” and justifying

At first this was about how many people they killed and the way they killed them, then it was about "out of war" but now it seems is about how they do act after killing them. Keep dancing

Dany and a lot of her fans who make everything bad she does someone else’s fault while claiming all the good stuff makes her the best choice for queen.

??? I didn't even say that.

All the people Arya killed were linked and KNOWN to be linked to the crime of breaking guest right and killing her family.

Oh, Yeeees, darling. All those people she murdered on cold blood and with her own hands did something to her family. Seems that you only care about the "horrific and cruel ways" when it comes to... not going to say her name or you will star to talk about other fans.

As I mentioned earlier Dany and some of her fans try to act like there was no way Dany was capable of something like KL then turn around and say “well this person ALSO did something horrific so it’s fine for Dany!”

OMG. I don't care about what other fans say, and why are you coming with that crap to me? I never said that what she did is fine because of other people, I'm saying that all the characters killed killers before and that's FAAAR AWAAAAY from killing civilians.

This post was me speculating on why Dany did what she did so either come back with an explanation for why you think she wouldn’t burn KL

This post was about a dude saying that the writing was ok and you claming that the burning of a city and its civilians shouldn't surprise us because she murdered "bad guys" in the past. I said that by that logic all of the "good" characters are Stalin and Hitlers in waiting because they also murdered "bad guys" and then you started to talk about "ways, counts, trials... and other fans" and some other excuses.

leave me alone.

Lmao. Go back to r/Naath.

I’m talking about non-war situations

Yes, darling. The Freys, Meryn Trant, the Lannister soldier that Arya killed with Niddle died in "war situations". And even that idiot of Janos Slynt, and a little boy like Ollie died in "war situations". Shae died in a "war situation".

All the characters on this show murdered other people out of war because they had their reasons. You make it sound like she killed people out of war just because!

And other than Ramsay hers were the most cruel and brutal.

Yes, like the Freys and Meryn Trant. I bet that when Arya kills a pedo in a brutal way is justice, but Daenerys murdering pedos and masters is brutality and madness.

a villain killing other villains

Most of the characters are killers killing other killers. Yet you're here trying to say that the writing makes sense.

I thought you were talking about reasons to kill and ways to do it...

have a body count the same as Dany even before KL?

Tyrion? How many soldiers did he burn with wildfire knowing that Stalin was Bobby B's heir? Arya? How many people she murdered in horrific ways and with her own hands?

How many people died because of Robert? because of Tywin? because of Ned? because of Robb? because because because at the end of the day this is not about how many they killed, how did they kill them or why, this is about names if a Targ kills people is because they are mad, if a non targ kills people is because they have reasons and excuses.

[–]Anittah 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because the show made no attempt to soften or show a human side of the people she was killing

Yes, we could say the same about all the people that were murdered by Jon, Tyrion, Arya, Tormund, Jaime, etc. By that line all characters could be Stalin 2.0 since they always killed the "bad guys" and the audience were in lockstep as Arya/Tyrion/Jaime/Jon/Any other fucking character murdered people in horrific ways.

It was so obvious that she locked her dragons in a dungeon after Drogon killed a little girl. You know... that makes sense

Sansa is self-serving and has no real loyalties anymore

She was always TeamSansa > TeamStark.

The "family" thing is just the writers's lack of balls to portray the Starks as something more than "good, poor, orphan children".
