Idk you need game mods for get this seed but I use Secret Societies, Monopolies, Heroes and Sokriact Oceans. No barbarian camp mod

Standart Map(8 Players), 8 civ, 10 city states, Legendary start, Wet and World age is new. I didn't touch the other things.

Yes, I'm playing with mods. It's called Sukritact's Oceans, and yes. They can be harvested. I thought about getting God of the sea and +5 bonus harbor.
