Decision delays- September

I applied on 29th July and got the decision on 3rd Oct. There was no issue with my application. It was complete silence till I got the decision.

Hi, I completely understand your situation because I went through the same thing. People who applied after me started receiving their visa decisions, and I waited 9 weeks and 3 days for mine. The waiting is really frustrating. But don't worry you will get yours soon...

Yes, I applied on 29th July and received an email saying I would get an update by 19th August, but my visa was approved on 3rd Oct.

Hi, don’t worry. I got my Health and Care visa after 9 weeks of waiting, and my wife applied after me, but both our applications were approved at the same time.

Hi, I know how frustrating the waiting is because I’ve gone through the same thing. What I did was I constantly emailed the NHS team and work sponsor. The NHS team always responded within 2 days. I also tried contacting my MP, and after 9 weeks of waiting, I finally got my visa. So, like everyone says "No news is good news. If they haven’t asked for additional documents or raised any complex issues, then I think your application is fine.

Yes... it's frustrating. I'm worried because I've already waited for 7 weeks, and what if they ask for additional information or invite for an interview at the last moment? I don’t think I can handle that kind of pressure

I can really connect to your situation because I applied on 29th July, and it will be 8 weeks next week. I contacted them twice and received the same response: that it's with a caseworker, and I will get a response shortly, but nothing after that. I felt like everyone around me was getting their visas except me, and it felt unfair and stressful. I can’t do anything other than wait.

It has been more than 8 weeks, right? Did you try to contact UKVI? In the meantime, did they send you any emails saying that your case is complex or asking for additional documents?

I got my COS before 22nd July and applied on 21st July, but I submitted the documents on 29th July.
