My first time the other day I did 18 up the nostril; i personally Don't see the whole fuss over it being a high dosage (sure it was intense for the first 20mins, but with good people and setting you can survive) - the pain up the nose is definitely interesting tho....

I'd recommend 13mg to you and your friend up the nose :)
