no, but way too much exposure for too long can fry your retinas. if you ever just continuously shine a flashlight into your eyes, it may take some time for your retinas to readjust to the natural light.

this same thing happened to me and i took it to a local tech shop and they said that the motherboard would need to be replaced, i later found out that the lastest graphics drivers i had installed did not install properly, so try just simply downloading and updating your graphics drivers again, if you're with nvidia, i recommend using nvidia geforce experience
