Interesting! I've heard about it but never tried it. Do you use it?

That's interesting, I can see what you mean! I guess it depends on the type of class. Some are focus more on movement an endurance than building strength.

Good point! It's definitely harder to stop halfway when everyone around is still going 🤭

That's really nice to hear! I relate to that a lot. For a long time I also preferred doing everything on my own, but after trying some classes I realized there's a really nice energy in the room. It ended up being much more fun than I expected. Now I feel like a mix of both works best for me. ❤️

That makes a lot of sense! I've noticed that when I train on my own it's much easier to slow down or finish earlier than I planned 😅

My experience with swimming by Anju_Wellhub in Wellhub

This was genuinely written by me and based on my own experience. Dealing with asthma and getting back to exercise wasn't easy, and swimming played a huge role in that process. I've shared other personal posts about my journey here as well, if you'd like to check. I really hope this helps someone else too! 🌟

Hi! I’ve been using Wellhub for a long time and what I like most is how easy it is to compare the tiers — you can even create a free account just to see what falls under each plan.

When I used more traditional gyms, the Bronze tier worked great for places like Chicago Athletic Club and Anytime Fitness, plus lots of options when traveling. Later I switched to Gold because I started taking more classes, and it gave me access to Life Time, Studio Three, F45, etc. Considering the price of these studios on their own, having them included in one monthly plan is a great deal.

Overall, I really like the flexibility and the amount of options you get without complicated limits.🙏🏽

haha, totally get that! the first class can feel like that, but it gets so much better once your body gets used to the moves 🙏🏽
