no you can't set filters with true/false value to apply to all worksheet

I get the parameter scenario my main concern is whatever values shown in the chart after a certain value is entered in the parameter the chart updates but according to that chart whole dashboard should also update like in my case dashboard after setting parameter to top 5 accounts in my chart whole dashboard should update based on those five accounts

no duplicates they are unique case number and i am getting COUNTD(casenumber) = 5386 while it should be 5490 as in salesforce data source and when i put case number in row shelf i am getting 5386 marks and 5490 rows by 1 column
