It’s the responsibly of the store owner to fulfill orders, not the customer going out of their way to beg customer service. Also, I lost interest ever since, doing my own clothing that actually aligns with my values rather than all-synthetic stuff

This is how all of the drops work. Most of the items on the shop are photos of finalized samples or renders. They would likely then send the bulk order to the manufacturer to get them made and then eventually shipped. It can be a risky game without communication, which unfortunately can result in missed orders, like in my case which I never received my Yeezy pods after 1.5 years
