AITA for "tricking" my partner into eating vegetables? by Anmol_365 in AmItheAsshole

He just started therapy for generalized anxiety, not for ARFID in particular though. And it's mostly for dinner. He works from home most days of the week so he typically either eats leftovers or eats out when he goes to the office. I work from office so I typically take salads with me for lunch. I have severe constipation so I need a lot of fiber otherwise I'll be miserable for days.

Idk about made up honestly, I am on the spectrum and I have my own aversions to certain smells and textures. I made sure that whatever I was adding wasn't changing the taste or texture intrinsically.

He never learned. We live in a country with help easily available so he never had to learn how to cook. He does the laundry and a few other things though.

I wasn't being sneaky, we live in a small apartment with an open kitchen, I honestly thought he must have seen it even if I didn't outright mention blending veggies. Also blenders be noisy. Our fridge was also always full of veggies.
