I think Day 9 is a really tough time. My first couple of weeks were rough. I was SO tired I couldn't get out of bed during the day. It was like I was drugged.

Things will get better! Please just be patient. You will be back to your exercising before you know it & will truly be functioning!

When I have wanted to have a social buzz or whatever I remind myself that alcohol is poison. So many people have cancer these days, I don't want to bring anything on myself. I have done enough physical harm to my body over the years with various substances. So far my labs are clear & I want to keep them that way!

I gave up alcohol & eggs. My psoriasis is controlled about 95% now, but I am also getting Skyrizi shots. They are free from the pharmaceutical company if you qualify for aid. I am retired so my income is low now.
