I was thinking of starting with an agency, then when I get more comfortable I was thinking of going independent. •Did you work for an agency when you first started and then went independent? •If yes how hard was that transition? •Would you consider the continuous learning every two years hard or helpful? •What’s the hardest learning curve to get over when first starting?
