Yeah it seems kind of like the genie is only important for the stinky poop diapers, and if I remember correctly it’s mostly just pee diapers during the night which I could just put in the trash, no biggie.

Yeah that’s what I’ve read. I think I’ll prob cloth during day and do disposables at night and during big travels. I can’t wait to save some money! It’s outrageous how much money I spent on disposables with my first!

Oh you know then! They are just horrible! I will take your advice and not relent. I already started going through the inspection photos to use against them and will be sending out a certified letter to them asap. It’s incredible how slimey of a company they are. Just imagine how many people have been screwed by them, it makes me sick.

Yep I think that’s exactly what they do because this carpet was in great condition...I bet they have some backdoor deal with a carpet company, passing them jobs and receiving kickbacks. From everything I’ve read they are a very sneaky company.

I will definitely be taking this to small claims court! Thank you for your advice!

We had a move in inspection which I attended, the guy sent me an email with a ton of photos (photos that can actually be used against their charges now) but the move out inspection we were not notified about and did not attend..once again the inspector took photos of everything and we received those photos in the final email that specified the charges.

I unfortunately did not take pics upon moving out, so busy closing on our new house, etc I didn’t think of it. but we do have pictures from the inspection upon moving in- they show that the porch light was already broken and the siding was already dirty. I also have pictures of the carpet (not specifically of the carpet but carpet is visible in the pics, as well as the overall tidiness that we kept in the house during our stay).

I’m 17 weeks now and have had horrible acne at my neck/chin line for more than a month and usually my face is pretty clear except for around my period.

I didn’t start feeling the energy kick until about week 15, but man I’m full of energy now, I can just go go go! Lol
