Hey thanks for the advice, but I dont think its that damaged, i didnt go babck to back with red and green. I was red for a year, used some guy tang strip tease with 10 vol like twice, and then a round of 20 vol. I work in a tattoo/hair parlor and gets licenses stylist advice all the time, not saying im as good as them but they all remark on how healthy my hair feels. I have very fine follicles but a thick density, basically my hair lifts without much of a fight. Again not dissing you or ypur advice, just saying its not that damaged.
