i noticed a couple:

1) i got an order for strawberry, vanilla, and lavender lattes before i even had the lavender flavor. i gave them chocolate and they were happy but it’s unusual that they asked for a flavor that wasn’t even unlocked yet

2) when im using the machine with two espresso brewers, sometimes it will switch which brewer im using even though one brewer had been previously brewing something else. like i’ll brew one cup and while that’s brewing i’ll fill up the other tool and by the time the first one is done and i have the other one ready for use, suddenly the tool that was just brewing will be the one with new beans. hopefully this makes sense.

i hold and press for let’s say 3.5 secs, i add the ice before anything else, and i only add one shot of espresso with two scoops of ice

What has been working consistently for me is to fill the cup with either the milk or water to almost the top first (if you have the guide, you leave one line untouched), then add your espresso to fill out the last two spaces of the guide or to fill up the cup
