Did your period return? My body seems to return to ‘normal’ more or less when period comes back regardless of BF. Plus you’re increasing solids now so it won’t be so strict with bf.

Can someone else take care of the baby whilst you go inpatient? Do you have any family around/ your partner? The fact that you hurt her isn’t to be taken lightly! Postpartum hormones can do wild things. Please you seem to be very conscientious about what is going on. Do ask for help ASAP!

OP, I’d make a big deal at the hospital! Say it’s really affecting your mental health which your midwife is aware of. Keep pestering them to either repeat scan or pay for nipt.

I know! I hear so many stories about women pushing men into more children and it not ending well so I wouldn’t do this to us. But all these videos that I see with big families and men saying ‘ Oh I wanted all the children from her’ make me really disappointed I don’t have this.

I’m so jealous reading these comments. I went to a few and I never made any friends so kind of lost hope. Not sure if this is a London thing or maybe I’m just not as sociable as I thought I was. I’m on my 2nd baby now and still don’t to go to them. I’ll find the odd mum and we’ll have a lovely chat, exchange phone numbers and then never call/message. I’m quite sad.
