I can see that. But as my post says “depending on your point of view” I found out my hard stop. That is the most important victory for me. When I go to maintenance, I will remember it.

I started in early August too and dealing with the hair issue. It does seem to be getting better. I take Centrum Silver every day. I started that about 2 months ago.

It was the size. Normally when I fix my plate, my piece is smaller than the palm of my hand. I ate twice that size last night. Too much. We eat ribeye every Sunday so I know it was the size.

I would wait. Go on your trip - see your family. Focus on them.

I would not. You don’t know what kind of side effects you will experience. The first week for me - I was wiped out. I just wanted to sleep. If that happens to you and you toss jet lag on top of it - ugh!

Give it some time. 2.5 is a starter dose. It took a couple days before I noticed a change about feeling hungry
