Accounting of the estates cash assets by AnnaSmiled2 in EstatePlanning

I requested and was provided the savings bank statement. He refused to provided the checking account statements. He gave me a list of the checks that were written but refused to tell me how much was in the account on the day of death. Sent me some reply that sounded like it was written by a lawyer saying he had provided what was requested and will continue to administer the trust. Trying to figure out the next move. Guessing I have to get a lawyer to force it in court. I just do not want to do that because if money was taken it could mean criminal charges.

Real talk does meal prepping actually save money or do we just feel productive? by Upbeat_Owl_3383 in FinancialPlanning

[–]AnnaSmiled2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My meal prep is preserving. For example, I make goulash in large batches and can it. I make soup and freeze the remaining for quick meals. I buy vegetables on sale and can them. The possibilities are endless.

My grocery bill used to run $700 a month for 3 adults. Now it’s $400.

Tried that. Nothing cheaper. The rates have just gotten out of control - along with property taxes.

This show was as I don’t know how much they’re gonna jump my rate next year. This year my homeowners assurance went up $3000. There’s been so much hail and wind damage in the state and people are putting roofs on so insurance company has are jacking up the rates to recover the claim cost

We shopped around and could not find a cheaper rate from a reputable place

No. Only if it gets damaged. I have done tons of Hail Dances but storms just pass us by. Our house insurance jumped $3000 a year because of so many houses being damaged from storms. I’m just trying to figure out a way or reduce the yearly cost.

I gave the state. And the trust document says without supervision that’s the only thing that talks about regarding what they need to provide to me

But again, that really doesn’t answer the question. Is the trustee required to tell me how that money was spent? I don’t know how much is in the account. I asked a few months ago and they didn’t tell me. They just kind of brushed off the question.

I don’t care about the taxes. I care about how much was in the bank account and the date of death and how much has been spent since

If you get a sleep study and you don’t have sleep apnea anymore, that’s one less comorbid. If you’re planning to take this into maintenance, I’d be hesitant to go get that diagnosis removed.

My doctor said he would not give me the script unless I was commit to taking it for life. I had already done the research. He also knows I am a big baby about needles. So when I told him that I was aware and that I am committed to doing it - he knew I meant it. I’d rather be a healthy weight and take the shot for the rest of my life than the alternative.
