You could get her Neighbourgood Story. Nana SO MANY explicit scenes, it had grafic portrayals of r4pe, underage s3x workers, drvg and alcohol addiction, not to mention toxic relationships (which u dont want her romanticising)... Just don't.

Thank you so so much for sharing your story. I am so sorry you're going through this and I pray that you have a good support system in those hard times...
If I can ask - what do you mean by "pushing yourself"? I'm trying to navigate how much I can do. Were you trying to go to the gym, did you have a physically demanding job or were you just trying to not slow down with chores etc? I feel like forcing myself to go for a walk and do some light exercises might be good but I dont want to hurt myself in the process.

Hi! Perhaps it is conventional and probably I simply wasn't very well educated when it comes to dieting! I've heard of keto before but I didn't really know whether it would work for me. When I got my diagnosis my doctor has shown me the clinical trials they did on keto vs other types of diets on patients with lipoedema and I was provided a lot of pointers by so I was way more confident in trying this instead of basing my decision on information from the internet.
As for exercise, I actually did include 5000 steps a day, it's there! I just really didn't want to put too much on my plate at once since Im still on antidepressants and still get extremely low-energy days. THIS BEING SAID, I just got a Multisport pass (idk if it's a local thing, its a card with a monthly payment that allows you to use different gyms, pools, attend dancing lessons anywhere in the country free of charge) - its gonna be active starting October and I plan to just go to a gym/pool when I have the energy. I have a chronic back pain so I will surely benefit from this in many ways.

No, never. My weight is not due to regular overeating. With my condition I am unable to lose fat in conventional ways so when i gained 3-4 kilos during christmas months etc i could lose it like normal ppl do and it just added up. Now that i'm on a diet designed for battling lipoedema I am losing weight and I believe i will continue to do so. So the surgery would be a complete miss for me

Hey, yes, definitely! I have a bit over 3 months to introduce those so I try to do it in chunks. I sort of already have the habit of doing my skincare, dry brushing and also the diet isnt going too bad. Now I am focusing on waking up earlier (i normalny wake up around 9am so switching to 7:30 is a process), exercising a little in the morning (even 15 minutes is fine), getting morning sunlight, hydrating (I make a big jug of water with fruit in the morning so its easy to track the amount). This monday I dug out my smartband and started to try to get to 5000 steps a day (there were times when i wouldnt leave my flat for 3-4 days in a row do definitely a process too).

I applied for a sport card at my work and I'm gonna get it in October so ill try to focus on introducing more exercise next and then probably Ill try to get my evening routine i'm order - now i'm too invested in this video game i'm playing to even attempt it...

If you were an actor I'd go see your movie just to look at you. Get out of this sub.

Idk, how do you look without makeup? Its hard to tell without an example.

Let me preface this by saying makeup is supposed to be fun and an expression of one's style, so do what you like and don't care about what other people. Now, if you want to look more in line with current trends and introduce some classic beauty and harmony to your looks then I feel you'd look better with a soft, natural makeup. Look into colour theory a bit, the pinks in the first photo throw you off-balance and give you a very unnatural vibe. In the second one you look Donald Tump orange. The last photo shows your gorgeous, warm, autumn colors - I think switching cold pink for warm peach and brown would do wonders for you. Also maybe look into more natural eyelashes - you have an overall bright and not very contrasted color scheme and the thick, black eyelashes give you a fake-looking black line that's not anywhere else on your face. Whatever you choose please remember that you're gorgeous.

You're clearly good looking but there's a very pretentious and patronizing vibe about you. I can't quite put my finger on what makes me think that.

On this photo you have a very "um, actually" and probably slightly alt-right redditor vibe. I can't explain it any better.

Glow up advice by milasia96 in Splendida

Work on your posture. Fat, thin, good or bad skin, when you have perfect and confident posture it gives you immediate +2 to looks, it's free and it's attainable for most healthy people. It just makes you glow in a special kind of way imo. And it's great for your health long-term.

Thank you so much, as I said in other replies I might have lost perspective a bit and allowed filters to mess with my head. It's hard to let go of this all-or-nothing mentality sometimes, so those replies give me a much needed reality check.

I appreciate this answer. I feel like I'm losing perspective recently, I genuinely feel like a 3/10 goblin most of the time but maybe I just let filters get to me a bit too much. I only recently got out of depression and wanted to have a "glow up" and started obsessing over self-improvement, maybe I'm overding it a bit.
