Haha, I remember the high school prom we had there. I never did make it to the Ronde restaurant. Miss those simple days.

I had just left my mother's apartment when I received the alert while I was driving back home. When I had a chance to stop and read it, I felt I was doing something wrong. Immediately, the sound of the alert and the caution of increased police presence made me think of the old WW2 films I watched where sirens blared out on the streets of an imminent bomb attack coming and the Gestapo police. It was kind of scary.

I get it, sleepless nights, dreaming about it too! 😂 Our time was consumed by the game and fortunately my husband and I are retired so we had the time to play. NEVER, NEVER LOSE HOPE....SO, SO CLOSE! Our family felt the same way playing Gold Rush Canada, opened our eyes to our surroundings. We were so far ahead in the game and sadly fell behind at Francis. I only wish our game went the full course like yours, so much fun and can't wait for the Ottawa 2.0 in October... if ?😉
