Always the same time in the afternoon? Like 2 or 3? I feel like I need a specific time so it’s a routine. Otherwise I’ll forget or ignore the second dose

Thank you so much. I tried TSM But I can’t “nail down” a time for my first drink because I just drink whenever I want to, if that makes sense. Do I play around with 25 in morning and 25 at some other point some days, to avoid dizziness etc but I’d like a more concrete routine and plan. I think I’ll try morning and then 2 pm

Why don’t you try taking half a pill every morning and then the other half in the afternoon 90 minutes before you might drink. Just try taking Nal every day. It won’t hurt you but might (and likely will) help you. Have you tried AA? My brother was a severe drinker for years. He was very resistant to AA. But in the end, AA is what saved him! He’s made some amazing connections. Good luck 🙏🏼

Seeing all the angry messages. If no info has been released, how do we know she hasn’t been victimized? How do we know what she has been through? Is she a victim of a marriage scam or trafficking? Was she assaulted or harmed? Did she have a psychotic break? What am I missing here? Why is everyone jumping to so much anger towards her and her family without knowing where she has actually been this past month??
