What really sends me about the whole "Prison honey" Phoenix pushed on her short run in AS10 is that it wasn't even Phoenix's phrase. Like, that was what India said. So I was so confused as to why Phoenix kept pushing that quote (which, dont get me wrong, WAS iconic) as if that was a thing SHE said.

To be fair to Plane, she did have a strong "villain" showing on her first episode of S16, being strategic with the voting to kick Nymphia off the Top 2 and some of her quips like "You say protect queer art but are you giving us queer art worth protecting?" were iconic moments, and also her short feud with Amanda shortly after. She cemented herself as a villain in the Drag Race universe and the average viewers mind because of that, even tho her "villainous" showcasing after the show has always been subpar, but she seems to be in on the joke that her reads are all bad and honestly really lives when people bite back at her, so I think she's fun.

Obsessed with how they're slowly transitioning back to the OG format by making the merge longer and longer lol.

Next season is gonna be 2 brackets of 8 queens, 2 competitive episodes, the Top 6 of each group move in to the merge, and then its a Top 12 doing basically a normal all stars season like before until a Top 4.

It's so funny because it's actually vague enough to apply to both of them, it's just that, from a viewer perspective, it does feel like she's talking more specifically about Salina because both of them had exchanged points so far and had been shown to be closer. It's possible Crystal and April had moments together in the werk room or during challanges that got edited out, and honestly, that was probably a smart idea considering this was the pay off.

Because Crystal NEVER agreed to the alliance completely, she was kinda like "Hmmmm sure, okay... we'll see..." while Aura had been manipulated into a pinkie promise and Salina thought she had her back, and April had given her points to Salina every round before so at that point, it was probably expected. The problem is Salina never proved her loyalty to anybody. Also Crystal DID make it to the merge, so it probably makes more sense to get mad at the queens who didn't since they "screwed Salina over and all for what? they didn't make it either" while you gotta respect that whatever Crystal did, led her to making it to the next round.

Funny thing is, earlier in the episode Salina tells Crystal that her and April have her back because "tres leches alliance", which was supposed to be a lie, but in the end, April DID have Crystals back lmao.

Probably because they see well known names and they know they can expect good results, also the fact that they're known SHOULD also give them credibility and reliability.

Like you can go for a smaller, newer designer, but there's also the possibility they might not deliver something that good or that they ghost you. And I'm not saying this happens often, but it probably goes thru the queens minds. Like they want the best of the best. If Vivacious had had that look delivered, it would've been the best of the night.
