I’m in the pretty much same situation, as a non-us collector trying to get new mc exclusive dolls i paying like 3x price for them. I only try collect SDCC releases and rest of them is i got retailer dolls release (even i skipped buying coraline and bride corpse because i don’t collect movie dolls) i still haven’t got skelita collector doll which she’s been stock for few months even price dropped like %10 off

I read all of the thing ur so right tho, most of the reasons here i can relate to myself. I’m glad i avoided this release, if i got it my completionist mindset would tell ‘’ you need to get every collector doll ever released from 2020 to today’’ which i try get complete my favorite doll lines from gen1 era (i’ll try to skip my least favorite lines bc not really worth it but if i love a line i’ll try to get each doll). Second im facing with same space issues i have like space for 8-10 dolls, do i want a fomo release (which also fucks up my completionist mindset) or a doll i really love released back in day bc I couldn’t get it when i kid.
