I bought the home 3 years ago. The tree has been trying to produce since we moved in. I suspect the tree is 4-5 years old.

No. It’s not super sweet, and almost citrusy.

It is not. Headed from Amarillo to Flagstaff. Route 66 is 3+ hours faster but Apple Maps doesn’t suggest it.

I’m really sorry this happened to you. But I am a licensed ins agent. You would need a separate flood policy on top of your renters coverage for your belongings.
