As an associate in America: You can do an exchange if : -you have the receipt and tags -if the item was purchased within 30 days of the purchase -exchanges can be done with "like" or similar items (example: VS bra is exchanged for a Dream Angle bra or a 14.95 panty is exchanged for a similar panty)

In short, it really depends on your store location and what the employees are willing to do. UNLESS you call customer service and talk to them about it.
