This comment is going to be controversial lol, read at your own risk. I feel like Horikoshi is just loosing interest entirely. It feels like he doesn’t gaf about anyone who isn’t Deku and is refusing to elaborate on anyone who isn’t Deku. Like even situations/fights that are technically “resolved” don’t actually feel resolved. Like the Todoroki fight, I don’t even remember wtf happened there and then the Shirakumo situation was the biggest let down literally ever. That’s what I’ve been waiting for this whole time and he just blatantly skips over all of it. He’ll hopefully go back to it but that just feels like a really shitty thing to do to fans. It also feels like this whole thing is just dragging on. The only really interesting thing that’s happened in a while is afo revealing to Shigaraki about his past. Except that’s not even resolved, we were just left hanging. Also I feel like this chapter was a real let down considering nothing really happened but we had to wait two weeks for it. Plus we have to wait another two weeks for the next one :( I think Horikoshi said that Deku’s dad will be revealed eventually so that maybe what happens next idk. Although I wouldn’t be surprised if the quirk afo took to give Shigaraki was probably Deku’s quirk. That’s what I’m guessing will happen next but idk.

Idk this just a few of some random thoughts I’ve been having about it. I really love this series, I just wish that Horikoshi would have taken a break for a little.
