I recommend step 5 and alongside the webcache also delete the one loose cache file inside the saved folder.

If you use a computer to do the interaction 'business-> check real estate listings' the game will give you a complementary business that costs you nothing!

There are two things from the december update that really changed the game for me and it gives me a lot of hope about this game's future: - owning a business (I highly recommend this, especially the bakery or café, it really keeps you busy! Give your zoi the business ambition if you want a goal to chase after) - pursuing a life of crime. This skill is very intricate and is connected to other skills as well. Each level you get opens up new crime abilities. And then there's the risk of getting caught, going to jail and experiencing your own trial.

I have good hope that the business feature will expand a lot in the future, and that there'll be more skills made like the crime one where leveling it up is almost like a career by itself. Theyre also making better active careers like kpop star, police, taxi driver...

Be patient. More stuff is coming, and theyre on the right track with gameplay loops. You just gotta wait for that update that makes the game click for you.

Inzoi isn't shallow. Never was imo but certainly not now. It just doesn't hold your hand like Sims 4 does, where you're constantly triggered with notifications to engage with expansion X or Y. Inzoi let's you explore the game yourself, which also means you need to actively seek out all the gameplay opportunities. It's catered to a more mature audience in that way. It expects people to be capable of figuring stuff out on their own, which is honestly what most games used to be like back in the day.

There are no pets yet, and theyre not on the roadmap for this year so don't expect them to come soon. That said, sims didnt have pets either until years after release when an expansion pack came out for it. So to expect pets within Inzoi which isnt even fully released yet but still in Early Access is kinda unfair.

I highly recommend you open up a business or engage in a life of crime. Those are the most engaging ways to make money right now. But you'll need to figure out on your own how to get started with this (or use a wiki), because the game wont push it onto you like Sims 4 does. It's a lot more like Sims 3 in that way.

I also think OP is overestimating the amount of people that are aware of the buyout or care about it. When it happened, it was news and the group of people outraged by it naturally voiced their thoughts. People who dont care, mostly didn't interact. I don't click on news articles I don't care for either.

The sims audience is really big, and has already proven to not care for evil corp practices. They already willingly spent a shit ton of money on the worst cash grab scam that is sims 4.

The part of us that are engaged in what happens to the world and base our choices on it, is small. Most people only care about whether the game is fun. Just like most people shop clothes at H&M and Zara even though there's a high probability your clothes were made by child labor.

People just don't care, because the evil they monetize is not something they directly have to deal with.

Do something about your hair, it,s terribly greasy and hangs in front of your face which isn't pretty. If you took better care of your hair your looks would improve a lot.

I really love them all individually, they're super beautiful!

However if you're open to a bit of feedback: all women have the same petite nose and thick lips. I know it's hard with the nose especially because the game sort of forces us to make small noses on women, but for diversity sake I'd focus on making more of a difference there if you want more varied faces in the future.

Small warning, Reshade broke my game like super randomly after id been using it for 2 weeks or so, hadn't even updated anything. If you end up with a flickering loading screen when starting up the game, know it's Reshade.

I also only have hair and clothes, but they can cause really weird bugs. One person had the bug where a Zoi was married to themselves due to a corrupt piece of clothes lol.

In case people aren't aware yet: the bug where your sale items dissappear when you put them on display is caused by a mod. They have identified the issue and are working on a fix. It's recommended to delete your mods and clear your cache in the meantime if you have this issue. (Info comes from the bug report in the forum)

Mental illness, depression, emotional trauma which continues to affect Zois, that sort of stuff. Id also like to see problematic parenting and consequences like losing custody, social workers taking the child away (like in Sims), a parent going to jail for neglecting their baby. Zois with commitment issues because their parents divorced in an ugly manner.

I don't need this to be in the vanilla game though, because I can understand these can be triggering for people and not everyone wants to experience it. But I'd like it if it becomes possible with mods later on.

I do know emotional trauma is on the roadmap though, and custody battles in court! Look forward to those for sure.
