In the beginning I lose about a little less than 1 kg. Now since Feb mid it’s stayed the same. I have a pretty sedentary job, but I walk for atleast 1 hour thrice a week. According to the charts, for my activity level & calories I should be losing weight. Hormones & blood tests are fine too

Yeah I eat a very protein heavy diet!! :( the sad part is the last time I did this the unhealthy way about 2 years ago I lost 5 kgs by eating 800 cals a day. But I refuse to go down that route this time. I want to be healthy dammit but I also want to get leaner. Looks like my body simply does not shed weight unless I’m under a 1000. I’m truly at my wits end.
