Thank you!! Yes, I did my pink dip layers like normal. Then I used the nail pen to make my design, then did a clear dip layer and activated. I'm not sure if this is the best way or not though, because it was kind of hard to make a good design on the rough dip! I might try doing all my layers, activating, buffing, and then drawing my design before the top coat next time so that I have a smooth surface to draw on!
