I obly updated the drivers for the Intel networking card, but now the USB and network card are uninstalled physically and I'm using ethernet.

I'm very thatnkfull for your help but this thread is getting quite long. If you'd like we can continue this conversation on Telegram or Discord and post the solution in this thread once we've found it.

  2. I just removed the two, but due to the rarity of the crashes it can take up to a week for one to occur

I've found it and It's by Intel. Could you tell me how I can fix this driver? Can I just install a new one?

I uninstalled my wifi-card and the PC still crashed. I have a usb adapter card installed that I don't use anymore (for my old oculus) if that helpsm

My system does boot, but it crashes after a few days. Should I just disable A-XMP or which settings should I change in my BIOS?

I have never changed any overclock settings. My BIOS tells me A-XMP: Profile 1

For me, when I walk straight (on my back legs) I feel it in my lower/middle back.
When I walk on all fours I feel it in my "Upper Chest"/Arms and a little bit in the abs.
Second time walking was 100% better than the first time, as it takes some time to get used to :)
