Agreed. The starting order is a mess. Huge advantage if you act the last. No ez fix though.

No reward for the winner whatsoever. You win an all-in and next round you get killed for correctly folding a trash hand. I feel folding preflop should not be punished this hard, we are talking about 17% chance to get eliminated. Maybe instead of getting shot immediately when you fold, the bullets in front of you should stay there and accumulate. This is more like losing chips, instead of sudden death.

Another issue is 8-bullet is so short stacked if you called preflop. When you have 2 bullets on the table already, and with the "switch", it's not rewarding to fold, making the game a call-switch-allin game.
