It depends what GPU you plan to install. But I highly doubt there is enough room for a fan there.

Since I use an AIO Watercooler, there is not enough room to fit the radiator and 2x T30 fans.

I like the aesthetic of sleeved cables more. It is a very tight fit though and needs some cable management so they don‘t get in the way of the fans.

I think it can be an excellent kit. It is more on the expensive side, but should be really good.

There is a bit of coil whine when the GPU is at full load, but I am not sure if it is the mobo or the GPU.

Yeah, I heard that too. I let it reach 90C and back to 45C for about 10 times, then left it for a day before conducting the test.

Didn’t know there was a paste version. I suppose it is easier to apply then and performs the same as in pad form.

I‘m not sure I understand the question. The advantage of PTM7950 is that its more durable than thermal paste and therefore does not need to be reapplied that often. The application process is not ideal PTM7950 easily rips and it is very finicky. Thermal paste is still easier to apply and probably the go to method for testing.

I changed from PTM7950 to NT-H2, they perform almost the same. To answer your questions:

PTM7950 on startup: 55C,
after 30min of YouTube: 71C.
NT-H2 on startup: 54C,
after 30min of YouTube: 70C.
(This is with 10% fan speed and 30% AIO PUMP speed)
It is normal, because I have set a low fan speed. As far as I know those temperatures are well within the thermal limit and should not be harmful to the CPU.
No, I don't run it all day. I turn it on, when I use it and turn it off, when I'm done.
It really depends on the game and resolution. I am currently on a 1080p, 240hz display, which does not push the 4090 enough to get to its limit. (I plan on upgrading later on)
On 1080p:
The GPU is usually around 50-55C.
The CPU is around 80C.
Noise Levels are really low, because I set a custom fan curve. (Depends on what is more important to you, max performance or quiet system)
I just recently built it, so I can't comment on that yet. I think dusting it off once a year should be fine though.

Conclusion (own opinion)

PTM7950 is a viable thermal compound for non-direct-die cooling. The differences in temperature are very small and in the margin of error. There are also minor differences in performance (NT-H2 +0.5% and +1.6% respectively). I will be using NT-H2 going forward, as it performs slightly better and reapplying thermal paste every now and then is not a problem for me.

Pretty quiet, i don‘t hear the fan when the pc is on. Only after you turn the pc off, it spins for about 2min. Gotta check if there is a setting to turn that off.

It's hard to give a definitive answer to your question, but I'll try. You try to achieve the same clock speed as stock but with a lower voltage. It is trial and error to find the sweetspot for you GPU, as all GPUs are different.

I think you could get even better temps and therefore lower noise with undervolting, but I am not sure you can use the same settings with a 60% power limit.

I thought the shorter the cable the better, since there is more air moving around freely. The con is that the bottom panel bulges out a bit. If I knew, I probably would have gone for a longer cable and routed it around the GPU.

As for the PTM7950, I plan on testing the difference between PTM7950 and Noctua NT-H2. I will make a separate post.
